By submitting a manuscript to JALLREV (Jallu Law Review), the authors certify that:

They are authorized by all co-authors to enter into this agreement.

The work submitted has not been formally published before, except in the form of an abstract, a part of a published lecture or academic thesis, or as an early version posted in a preprint or overlay journal.

The manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The submission and potential publication have been approved by all authors and by the responsible authorities—either explicitly or implicitly—of the institutions where the work was conducted.

Authors who publish their articles with JALLREV (Jallu Law Review) agree to the following terms:

Copyright Retention
The copyright of each article remains with the author(s). However, by publishing in JALLREV, the author(s) grant the journal the right of first publication and acknowledge that the work will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, even commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and JALLREV as the place of original publication. -
Non-exclusive Distribution Rights
Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their article (for example, posting it in an institutional repository, a personal website, or publishing it in a book), with due acknowledgment of its initial publication in JALLREV. -
Preprint and Online Posting
Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in institutional repositories or on personal websites) prior to submission and during the review process, as this can lead to productive scholarly exchanges and increase the visibility and citation of the published work. -
Publisher’s Role
Yayasan Jallu Nusantara Indonesia, as the official publisher of JALLREV, ensures that published works remain freely accessible under open-access principles and that copyright policies are applied consistently in accordance with the journal’s ethical and legal standards.
